Delivery Policy All products and services have flexible shipping options. To ensure you receive the best and most accurate price for shipping and handling, The Baby Factory will check your order and quote the delivery and handling charge on your order. Once we have received and processed your order you will be sent an invoice by email. Invoices can be paid online using PAYPAL card payment (use the link in the email to connect to PAYPAL). For alternate methods of payment send a query email or call the store on (02) 9823 4551. All Stock on hand items will be dispatched from us within 5 to 7 days after receipt of your order. Depending on the items in your order or the remoteness of your location, you should allow additional time for your order to be delivered. We will contact you to advise if any of the items you have selected have sold out or require additional delivery time. If you need to receive your order before a particular date (e.g. your baby's due date) please indicate to us early so that special arrangements can be made. Returns Policy We do not perform returns or exchanges for reasons other than product malfunction and/or defect after payment has been received. The delivery and pickup of the faulty goods is the responsibilty of the customers, accompanied by proof of purchase receipt. Risk of Loss Any Products purchased from The Baby Factory online are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Other wise you can opt to have delivery insurance for a fee of $10 (this covers against loss or damage of goods during transit). Faulty Products And Injuries Any faults or problems with any product sold from The Baby Factory store are the entire responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier. ONLINE ORDERS – Please read the Online Orders Policy first!!! 1. Send an email using the 'ORDER NOW' tab or phone us on (02) 9823 4551 to enquire about products and prices. 2. Once you are happy with product selection and prices send us a confirmation email of your exact order quoting the products (colours) , agreed prices and provide your details ( Full name, contact phone number/s, delivery details , preferred delivery date …ect). 3. You will then be replied to with an invoice email. Please check this to make sure it is what you wanted. If OK then use the link in the email to pay the invoice … (Payment is secure over PAYPAL.) 4. Once payment is received then your order will be processed and you will be contacted to keep you informed of your order status. You will receive your order within 10 working days.
